When preparing a meal at home you want to be at ease. With this knife series, you can imagine yourself listening to calm jazz while preparing a delicious and nutritious dinner for your loved ones.

It is made in Sanjo, Niigata by the Tadafusa factory, one of the oldest ones in the area.

The concept combines ancient know-how with the needs of modern-day lifestyles.

Use this sashimi to slice through fish or meat fillets without bone. Perfect for creating thin slices to serve on a plate or a sashimi bowl. Experiment with meat carving and creating jaw-dropping plates with veggies cut in exotic ways.
