It is made in Sanjo, Niigata by the Tadafusa factory, one of the oldest ones in the area.

The concept combines ancient know-how with the needs of modern-day lifestyles.

The petty knife is a go-to for small jobs and cuts in the kitchen. It is excellent for fruits and small cakes too.
