Here are tips that will definitely help you move in the right direction. Combine them for best results.

3. Use a toner - Toners help to remove excess oil and dirt from your face, as well as balance your skin's pH levels.

A toner follows cleansing as it helps to remove dirt and cleanser residue from your skin.
Toners also act as a second layer of cleaning, help restore the skin’s pH balance, and can assist in shrinking the appearance of pores.
Look for an alcohol-free toner that will nourish your skin.

4. Moisturize - Moisturizing is a must for any skin care routine. Choose a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type.

After you’ve exfoliated, the next important step is to moisturize your skin.
Start by cleansing your face and then apply a generous layer of moisturizer. Make sure to carefully follow the directions on the bottle and be mindful not to apply too much or too little.
Also, allow your moisturizer to absorb fully before applying any other products – this will help ensure that it can penetrate deeply into your skin for maximum hydration without interfering with other treatments that you may be using.

5. Use sunscreen - Sunscreen helps to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

Sunscreen helps protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays, which can cause premature aging, sunburns, and even skin cancer. Furthermore, sunscreen can help reduce the risk of developing skin conditions.
Additionally, sunscreen can also help reduce feelings of anxiety about sun exposure by providing an extra layer of protection against the sun's rays. Sunscreen can also help you feel more confident in your appearance and help you enjoy outdoor activities without worrying about the effects of the sun's rays.

6. Use a face mask - Face masks help to nourish and hydrate your skin.

How about some personal time?

7. Do some cardio

Cardio training increases blood flow and circulation, which helps to nourish the skin and improve its overall health.

8. Don't forget your body - the rest of your skin needs attention too.

Maybe you've notices your hand skin is a little different to your belly skin. It has to do with blood circulation and exposure to the elements.
Choose a good hand cream that will keep your hands moisturised with a layer of oil on top.

9. Drink plenty of water - Drinking plenty of water helps to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.

Just increase your consumption by half a litre and enjoy the results, not just on your skin but also your energy levels.

10. Get enough sleep - Lack of sleep can cause your skin to become dull and dry. Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Ideally, sleep before 11pm and get up before 7am. Dim the lights a couple of hours earlier, and turn off the screens (laptop, phone, tv etc). Your hormones will thank you.
