Secateurs Holster

Dear Hristo,

We are sorry that this order did not work out as expected.

Your order was dispatched with UPS, but the delivery took longer than anticipated. You then asked us to cancel the order before receiving it, and we immediately began the process of having the parcel returned to us.

Your refund has already been fully processed on our side. Once a refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank and is unfortunately outside our control.

We understand that the delay has been frustrating, and we are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. We have taken the necessary steps on our side. We are still working to recover the parcel, and your refund has already been processed.

We wish you all the best.
