Japanese Pro Peeler with reversible straight blade
A long-handle Japanese vegetable peeler with a straight stainless-steel blade that can be positioned for left- or right-hand use.
The Pro Peeler is designed for everyday peeling of vegetables and fruit. Its 24 cm format gives more reach than a compact Y-style peeler, while the blade position can be switched to suit the user’s preferred hand.
Straight blade for everyday peeling
This is the straight-blade version of the Pro Peeler. Use it for ordinary peeling rather than the textured cuts produced by the Pro Wavy Peeler.
The peeler is supplied with a blade cover for storage.
Left- or right-hand use
The blade position can be switched for left- or right-handed use. This is the main practical difference from many fixed-orientation peelers.
