Product Description

Japanese Petty knife 120mm

For small, quick, and precise jobs in the kitchen.
The blade of the petty knife has three layers. It envelops the VG10 core with stainless steel from the sides as well as the spine of the knife. This is a warikomi construction using pakkawood for the new handle. It is long, light, and easy to grip.
The handle of the petty knife becomes more round as you move your hand towards the blade. This makes it easy to find an ideal grip for all hand sizes.

It's a series that will last for years. It's easy to maintain and sharpen. It will hold it's edge well and it will look fantastic in your kitchen. But most importantly, it will make cooking more fun.

The handle for everyone?

This handle is profoundly good. It replaces the need for having multiple knives. Although it's a Japanese petty it's very low maintenance and easy to sharpen at home. We were offered a free sharpening within six months so that was also great. I recommend a visit to their shop in Brussels but I'm going to be using the website for gifts from now on as it's easier. George is helpful in the shop, and seems honest as he explains upsides and downsides of every item, and making sure you pick the right one for you. A big thanks!

Thank you so much Mr Tim!
