Kitchen Knife Sharpening Services

Kitchen knife sharpening resumes in October 2026.

Customers can bring knives to us in Braine-l'Alleud by prior arrangement. This is a sharpening-service drop-off arrangement rather than a general retail showroom or local-pickup service.

For batches of more than 10 knives, you can request collection within approximately 10 km of Braine-l'Alleud.

Please contact us before bringing knives or requesting collection so that we can confirm the arrangement, expected turnaround and current pricing.

Preparing Your Knives

Please clean your knives before handing them over and transport them safely, with the blades protected to avoid injury or damage.

Sharpening and Repairs

We sharpen Japanese and Western kitchen knives and assess each knife according to its blade, steel and condition. Minor edge repairs, chip removal and tip reshaping may also be possible.

More substantial damage is assessed individually. We will confirm any additional work before proceeding.
