No need to file her nails, and she even took it on a plane for her holidays to Spain.
I don't use much force, it just cuts the pushed cuticles like they're made of air. I bought this with a nail cutter and have been using them for a little over two months. I recommend them, they're great tools and they are made in Japan, so they'll probably last for ever.
This is one of those things that you think whether it's worth the price, but you can't live without it once you have it. It will last a lifetime. It's sturdy, sharp and actually beautiful as an object. It cuts thick nails with ease, no pain, no need to file the nails afterwards. Very easy to hold. Now that I have it I know it's worth the price. Recommended.
