Eligibility and exceptional damage
This packaged service does not cover nippers that have been dropped on a hard surface. Factory capability to inspect a tool and eligibility for this retail service package are not the same thing. If your tool has suffered an impact, is bent or chipped, or has damage outside normal maintenance, contact info@suwada1926.com before purchasing so we can confirm the appropriate route.
