What are my shipping & delivery options?
For those who prefer to pick up their purchases in person, we offer in-store pickup for any item available in our shop. You can collect your orders from Tuesday to Saturday between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with an email confirmation to ensure a seamless pickup process.
We provide a range of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 4 - 8 business days and is free for orders that meet a specific monetary threshold, which varies depending on your location. For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping handled by UPS or DHL, which ensures delivery within 2 - 8 business days, based on your location.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we aim to meet these time frames, actual delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control. For orders within the EU and UK, we ensure that deliveries are completed within 30 days from the acceptance of the order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, and not all shipping methods may be available for all items. We utilize various logistics partners, including UPS, DHL, Bpost International, and DPD, to manage the shipping of orders.
How long is the order processing time?
Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalized. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorized, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Suwada1926 SRL. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during the checkout process.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer international shipping to most countries, and free standard shipping applies to international orders, subject to specific conditions previously outlined. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Please be aware that some international deliveries may be subject to various rules and restrictions, and as a recipient, you may also be responsible for additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In such cases, it is your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable to your country and cover any additional costs or taxes that may arise. Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address. Kindly note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. Delays may occur due to logistical challenges, customs clearance, or unexpected high demand. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will keep you updated on any changes. While significant delays are rare, we appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that Suwada1926 SRL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing materials for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Suwada1926 SRL.
What can I do if I am not available to pick up the package?
If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. If you cannot receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to us. In such a case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated delivery time.
