We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the purchase number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@suwada1926.com. If your return request is accepted, you can ship the items back to Suwada. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Under EU law all items have 2-year legal guarantee. If after 14 days you find that there is an issue with the product, notify us. In cases where the item can be repaired, we shall repair it at no cost to you. This doesn't cover damages incurred by the user.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned if unsealed, like custom products (such as special orders, Igayaki unique pieces, or wooden food containers or personalized items such as engraved pieces), and personal hygiene items (such as beauty tools, nail cutters, nail files, shavers and skin products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept broken ceramics for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please discuss with our team for exchanges to facilitate the process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon us receiving the returned parcel and confirmed that it is unopened and unused. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund claims are rejected automatically if the returned item is damaged, opened, used, or if it doesn't correspond to the original item.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
