Gyutou traditionnel 210 mm fabriqué par Tadafusa Hamono à Sanjo, Niigata.
Chaque forgeron a son propre motif Tsuchime. Notre Tsuchime est basé sur un motif géométrique en diamant, familier depuis l'Antiquité au Japon.
Il s'agit d'un acier plaqué SLD (semi-inoxydable), ce qui le rend facile à affûter et offre une bonne rétention des bords.

Remarques:
Prenez soin du couteau en le lavant à la main et en le huilant fréquemment. Le SLD est un acier semi-inoxydable. Il contient du chrome et est donc plus résistant à la rouille que les aciers Aogami et Shirogami.
