Suwada Ikenobo-schaar voor perfecte ikebana-arrangementen!
Een schaar ontworpen voor het traditionele Japanse bloemstuk, ook wel ikebana genoemd.
De traditie gaat terug tot het Japan van de 7e eeuw. Het begon pas toen bloemen werden aangeboden bij altaren. Later ontwikkelden Japanse theemeesters het tot een interieurdesignelement.
De schaarbladen zijn onder een kleine hoek geplaatst om de bloemen af te snijden zonder de plantenvezels te verpletteren, waardoor de bloemen langer kunnen leven.
Gemaakt om lange tijd aan hoge normen te presteren, met behulp van Japans koolstofstaal. Het heeft een dunne coating om roest te voorkomen.
